Shooting at 0317 hrs at the intersection of 19th & R St., SE. Lookout for B/M, mask on, white hood, blue jeans, 5'6.
Detective happened to see 2 men fire guns at 14th and Irving Sts NW-DC. Police chased them in a car to 7th and Harvard Sts NW-DC where they are now on foot. Unknown if anybody got shot.
