Homicide SHOOTING: 2000 Bl. of Savannah Pl. S.E. On 10/14/2021 MPD responded for a male down and unconscious. DCFD determined this individual had no signs of life and suffered from a gunshot wound. He was Pronounced Dead on scene. Identified as 18 Year Old Noel Nicol
