Authorities are investigating two additional bomb threats at HBCUs in the District Tuesday morning one day after threats were reported at several universities across the U.S
BOX ALARM W/SMOKE IN METRO STATION: Foggy Bottom Metro Station 800 Bl. of 23rd St. N.W. DCFD on scene of a Metro Station with reports of a fire on a diesel maintenence locomotive train on Track 1. That fire has been knocked down, with no injuries reported. Possible engine fire
GEORGETOWN SHOOTING: Suspect is on the run, described as a black bearded male in a dark sweatshirt. @DCPoliceDept announced the victim has died and shooting appears to be targeted
Homicide SHOOTING: MPD has stated the individual transported with critical gunshot wound injuries has been pronounced dead. This is a homicide investigation, and that person information will be released once next of kin is notified
This is now a fatal shooting now, police are investigating, they are saying at this point it is suspected to be targeted, possible argument lead to this shooting
