Victim states that the suspects may have been juveniles. Police are investigating.
3 months ago 17-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl physically assaulted by a group of juveniles on the 900 block of Rhode Island Avenue NE in Washington DC. Police officers interacted with both of the girls who said they were physically assaulted by the group of juveniles. There are no arrests at this time.
