1 år sedan Members of the Metropolitan Police Department investigate a black SUV that crashed into parked cars following a shooting on the 400 block of 11th Street SE on Sunday. One male was pronounced dead at the scene and a 2nd male succumbed to their injuries on the way to the hospital
