One person was injured on the 1800 Bl. of Marion Barry Ave. S.E. after being shot, the person that was shot was rushed to the hospital in an unknown condition. Authorities investigated a crashed vehicle and placed evidence markers at the scene.

At approximately 8:48 p.m., Wednesday evening on the 200 block of 37th Place SE., three people were shot and at the hospital they are being treated for non-life threatening injuries. A Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicle is being sought by police.
Three people shot, one dead in Washington, D.C. on July 24, 2024. At approximately 9:25 p.m., Wednesday evening at the intersection of O Street NW and 7th Street NW three people were shot. One person injured in the shooting was pronounced dead and the two other people injured are being treated for non-life threatening injuries. A Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicle is being sought by police.
This is not a Mass Shooting but a Triple Shooting with 3 shot. There was an additional walk in at a hospital and confusion where that individual came from. We now know he came from 37th St. Shooting, not 7th St.
ANOTHER TRIPLE SHOOTING W/Homicide: 7th and O St. N.W. @DCPoliceDept has confirmed the correct amount of people shot at this location as 3 shot with one pronounced dead. One was a self transport. This was the 2nd triple shooting within a hour in D.C.
