ANOTHER shooting in SE..this was dispatched around 10:59p it was an adult male who was shot in the arm, he walked into a local fire house at 100 Blk of Atlantic St SE. Police BELIEVE the shooting occurred on 3900 S Capitol St SE. No lookout
