3 month agoDC Police’s Emergency Response Team (SWAT) is on scene of a barricade at the Panda Gourmet in the 2700 block of New York Ave NE, not far from the United States National Arboretum. Per MPD, a woman in a vehicle is in crisis and is refusing to exit.
