Park Police officer shot in Southeast DC suffers non life-threatening injuries as probe unfolds
MPD units are investigating a shooting in Northeast DC. Monroe St & 8th St NE Police are currently on scene, and a K9 unit has been requested as part of the investigation.
United States Park Police officer was shot in the line of duty near 5046 Queens Stroll Pl SE. The officer was transported by USPP helicopter to a local hospital in non-life-threatening condition
