4 month agoPOSSIBLE SHOOTING-- 4th St at Florida Ave NE DC. Approx 40yo man found with wound to his leg (unclear if shot or stabbed) and injury to his head. He was conscious but incoherent. Police are looking for three teens who supposedly dumped him here by car. Circumstances TBD
