3 years ago Yesterday, MPD's 4th District Outreach team held a safety pop-up event in the 1300 block of Upshur St NW. Officers met with residents, answered questions and provided neighborhood safety tips. They also joined in a youth soccer game. We love connecting w our community. sunnysunny
