Per Police: Two men walking on Baltimore Ave overpass. One man stabbed the other man in the chest. The suspect was last seen on foot headed W on Charles Armentrout Dr. The victim, a 19yo male, walked 300 feet and collapsed EMTs transported the victim he is in critical condition
