2 years ago Skeletal remains found in Takoma Park MD are that of 17-year-old Rosa Diaz-Santos of Greenbelt. The remains were discovered in a wooded are by 1600 block Drexel St Detectives with the PGPD opened a death investigation. An autopsy ruled the manner of death a homicide
