3 years agoManhole explosion 4000 block Brandywine St NW. 2 manhole covers blown & concrete shifted. Smoke has dissipated. DC firefighters utilized dry chemical extinguishers to extinguish fire. Awaiting @PepcoConnect. No injuries
3 years ago At approximately 5:15pm, MPD responded to the 1200 block of Wisconsin Ave, NW, for the report of shots fired. Upon arrival, members apprehended an individual armed with a firearm. There is no threat to the public at this time and no injuries were reported
