6 month agoDC Police are holding another ‘Traffic Safety Compliance Checkpoint’ on North Capitol Street & Michigan Ave NE tonight.Last time around, MPD issued 54 traffic infractions made 2 arrests.Not sure if this is related but stay away from North Capital going towards Michigan Ave
3 students were robbed at gunpoint while headed to school today. It happened outside of Eastern High School. One student was taken to the hospital after a suspect bashed them in the face with their rifle. Police are looking for 3 black males who took off in a black 4 door sedan and a silver small SUV. The suspects got away with Balenciaga shoes, a Moose Knuckle Coat and an IPhone 14.
