23 hour agoDC Police took two suspects into custody and recovered at least one handgun at the Washington Yacht Club at 1500 M Street SE tonight One of the suspects is charged with CPWL, (Carrying a Pistol Without a License) while the other is charged with POCA.
DC Forensic Services have recently cleared the scene of a 'shots fired' incident with over a dozen shots ringing out on the 700 block of Lamont Street NW in Park Viewith Washington DC In this instance, no injuries were reported.
Metropolitan Police are investigating a shooting late Monday night at the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Otis Place NW. Officers responding to the scene located more than a dozen shell casings, but no shooting victim was found at the scene. MPD is monitoring area hospitals for any possible walk-in gunshot victim connected to the incident.
