MPD investigating shooting less than a half mile from earlier deadly shooting on O Street
MPD has confirmed 5 individuals, described as Adult Males suffered gunshot wound injuries. 2 of those males was pronounced dead on scene. MPD Asst. Chief Bendict describes the block where the shooting took place as a known open air drug market

2 year agoHere at the shooting scene on Park Heights Ave. in Northwest. Police are keeping us far away, so hard to make out where it happened. One neighbor tells he heard as many as 20 shots

The victim is 5-year-old Pradeline Delinois. On 8/18/22, officers with the Capitol Heights Police Department responded to the 5100 block of Cumberland St for the report of an unresponsive child. Delinois was rushed to a hospital in DC, where she was pronounced dead
