Police arrested 34-year-old Theodore Andrew Brandy in connection to the stabbing at the fast food restaurant. He was taken into custody from the Brandy at City Place Mall following a tip from an employee at a nearby business

1 year agoThere was a shooting that just took place on the corner of 14th and V St NW. There were many shots that were fired and three adults have suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
